In 2002, two friends began a consulting firm.
One came from the University and the other came from
business. Together Sharon Anderson and Julia Classen
have more than 50 years of experience working and
volunteering in the nonprofit sector.

They have served in leadership positions on nonprofit boards
and in staff positions in nonprofits, and taught at institutions of
higher learning. As their business developed, their mission has
stayed the same - to work in partnership with institutions to develop
helpful skills and knowledge that remain in the organization.
