Catholic sisters engage with the online community about faith, vocation, and finding joy in everyday life. A Nun’s Life has experienced phenomenal growth since its launch ten years ago. One of their challenges has been developing a board to reflect their organizational values to lead this growth. Aurora worked with the staff to update governance documents and develop a new governance model that will best reflect the purpose of the board and the dynamic leadership needs for ten more years.
