Overview
The Northwest Minnesota Foundation provides grants, leadership and programs for local organizations and businesses to help strengthen their capabilities. Their Vital Nonprofits program builds the long term sustainability of the region’s nonprofit organizations through targeted and intensive training, assessment, technical assistance, peer learning and coaching opportunities. Aurora presents intensive workshops on Mission-based Decision Making, Strategic Planning and Evaluation, and Board Governance to the participants of the Vital Nonprofits program.
