In 2011, Julia Jackson worked with five East and West African immigrant-led nonprofits in the Twin Cities to provide capacity building coaching, training, and support related to fundraising, program development, and evaluation.
Each step of this process was tailored to meet the needs of the organization with capacity building designed to meet the organization where they are at and take them a few steps further.
