In 2011, Allison began working with United Healthcare to build and implement a new program to connect with its community-based partners. With UHC staff, she is developing and strengthening relationships through capacity building efforts. Now in its third year, Allison is working closely with UHC to provide training and support to established and forming alliances around the country.
