Overview
Arts Midwest is one of six nonprofit regional arts organizations in the US. They serve nine states in the Midwest and are known nationally and internationally for their work. During this year-long project, Aurora conducted an environmental scan with multiple groups of key stakeholders, facilitated a two-day strategic planning retreat with all board and staff, and facilitated action planning with staff.
