We believe that nonprofits need to dismantle the internal assumptions, practices, and structures that tether our organization to white supremacy. This work takes deep reflection, hard conversations, and the courage to imagine new ways of working together.

As two white people who hold identities that are privileged and others that are not, we are continuously working to uncover our hidden assumptions and dominant paradigms, reflect on our behaviour and practices, and hold ourselves and each other accountable to our mission, vision, and core values. We also use that practice to help our clients move along their own paths towards social justice.
