Overview

Aurora led Equity Alliance MN’s staff and joint powers board through the creation of a theory of change in 2018. We enjoyed digging deep with Equity Alliance MN into the language of the theory of change and their intentions for their work. Equity Alliance MN was very thoughtful about the importance of the theory of change for articulating the purpose of their work with others.
