Overview
Hastings Family Service provides a variety of emergency and supportive services to the Hastings area of Minnesota. Aurora facilitated comprehensive strategic planning with the full board and staff in 2019. HFS has an amazing team culture of support and celebration. They are the only client we have ever had that brought their own cowbells to the retreats! We even received honorary cowbells at the end.
