Overview
The Minnesota AFL-CIO is the federation of more than 1,000 Local Unions who collectively represent over 300,000 working Minnesotans. Their mission is to improve the lives of working people, retirees, and our families. MN AFL-CIO has many layers of governance and groups of stakeholders. Aurora designed a year-long multi-layered strategic planning process designed to engage elected member representatives and staff. We learned a lot about unions and the people who power them during this project. We are proud to have helped Minnesota labor leadership at an important time in US history for labor rights and union organizing.
