Evaluating your nonprofit’s impact can feel like the last item on a long to-do list. Impact evaluation is an important and rewarding activity, but nonprofits often don’t know where to start. In this presentation, we examine: What is impact evaluation? Why is impact evaluation important? How can we do impact evaluation?
Nonprofits use impact evaluation to make their case externally and improve internally. For these reasons, impact evaluation as a mission critical activity. Throughout this presentation, we share examples and actions to help even the smallest nonprofits begin to evaluate their impact, make their case, and improve their work along the way.
